These
winter boots are Sami ("Laplander") winter boots.
Note that they can go much higher up on the leg, when desired, by unfolding
the tops.
Wearing these boots is Pentti Korpi, who is a musician, naturalist, and instructor
- he is not Sami - but does travel in Lapland once a year with his botanist
